Byron Forrester

Byron Forrester started as an associate attorney with the firm in September of 2023. His practice is focused on commercial restructuring and consumer bankruptcy matters, as well as bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He also has experience representing clients in probate court, including guardianship and conservatorship matters, estate administration, and trust litigation. Byron is licensed in Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Byron studied political science and philosophy at the University of Arizona, where he also attended the James E. Rogers College of Law. Following his law school graduation in May of 2015, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Daniel P. Collins, then-chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, until September of 2017. After his clerkship, he had the opportunity and privilege of practicing law with his father, focusing on commercial bankruptcy, litigation, and debtor/creditor rights.

Byron is a member of the bankruptcy section of the State Bar of Arizona and has been an active member of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court since 2018. He is currently a Barrister in the Inn, and has served as its treasurer and secretary since the fall of 2022.
